"Ticket obtaining prohibited" for Datagrip installed in Ubuntu VirtualBox

Hi experts,

My host machine is Win 10 and I installed a Ubuntu VirtualBox VM on top of it.

When I turned on GlobalProtect on Host Machine, there is no trouble to access company network (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) from the VM. "Test Connection" in License Activation also works find, but Ticket obtaining prohibited shows up whenever I tried to Activate it.

Is there anything I should do in VirtualBox to activate Datagrip? Thanks in advance~~

Hello,

Do you have local licensing server in your company? If so you should ask your server admins about your license.
