Hi. I developed a plugin. Is there any where I can introduce my plugin to others? Others may not know there's such a plugin. Is there a place for showcase? It's already uploaded to the marketplace.

Marketplace has a "New and updated" section. You can also list all plugins by date - https://plugins.jetbrains.com/search?orderBy=update%20date&products=idea
There is no place for the plugins advertisement like that - I can suggest you spreading a word with social media.
