Export settings in Linux

According to this page there are three ways to export RubyMine settings: built-in sync, GH repository or exporting to a file. I am on Linux and last two options ("Settings Repository" and "Export Settings") are not available in the file menu. Is this a limited functionality of RubyMine on Linux or I'm missing something simple? Thank you.

Settings repository functionality won't be available in case you have Settings Sync available, have you checked it?
