How to add file watchers

Hi, I cant add filewatchers to PHPStorm. I found this video on UT https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fe14-21NTGU but it differs of my version. If I press ctrl + alt + s I can see plugins but there is no + plus button to add filewatchers. What am I doing wrong? Here is a screenshot

Hi there,

Actual File Watchers are configured at "Settings/Preferences | Tools | File Watchers".

Here is a screenshot from 2019.3.3 version:

P.S. Try search field -- it helps narrowing down the location in case if you do not remember/do not know where appropriate settings might be located.
