Search window stuck off screen

Every time I open the Search Window (Double Shift) a part of it gets cut off. I thought it was an issue with KDE but since I've made a fresh install with Ubuntu 18.04 it happened again. First it opened up like it is supposed to. Then I changed the editor's font size and I think after that the popup started appearing with half of it stuck off screen.

Changing the font size back doesn't help either.
I can't drag the window. Is there a solution to my problem?

I had the issue when I was having 2 Displays and used KDE. But after the fresh installation of ubuntu i only had and have 1 monitor.

It seems there is already an issue with the same problem:

I had a similar issue but only for one project in IntelliJ, what I did is, I closed that project and in the directory, I, deleted the .idea folder, then I reopened the project. And it solved.

If the window is not stuck totally outside the screen, you just cannot see the title bar, you may to get hold of one corner for the popup and you can resize.

SOLUTION: I closed the IntelliJ and inside the .idea folder I deleted the .workspace file, then after restart it was back to defaults

Trbc's solution worked for me.
