Custom button to the DiffWindow

Hello Everyone,
I am implementing a plugin for code review and want to add a custom button to the DiffWindow for adding a new comment and also a custom panel to view the existing comments ( As Upsource plugin). Please advise me on this. Can I use Line Marker Providers with DiffWindow?
