Exit Code 3 when Clicking Java MenuItem

When I click an MenuItem in my application. My application crashed with the following response:

 

Any idea how i can solve this problem?

Do you face the same issue while running application outside IDE?

I cannot run the application outside the IDE, because its a very simple Java app
