Bottom Toolbar as Separate Window

I work in a multi monitor setup, as probably do most the people that use Intellij.  I would like to move the entire bottom bar, that contains run, debug, terminal, etc..., to a separate window.  I can have each view, eg Run, Debug..., in it's own separate window, but I want them all in one separate window together.

Any Idea how to accomplish this?
