Request - Increase length of recent commit messages list

Please increase length of recent commit messages list. See the picture.
It should be configurable with default as it is now.
It would be very helpful if I could re-use more older commit messages.

Same issue with non-modal commit in 2020.1
@... Could you please elaborate a bit more on a use case, why do you need bigger commit message history?
Quite frequently I want to re-use some older commit message, but it's gone too fast from the history box.
Well, the list length can be as it is, but at least the search should find all earlier commit messages.
