Settings search showing matches without search term

I'm not understanding why it's showing a bunch of sections that don't contain the word I'm looking for:

Even ones where I have to scroll to see the whole section doesn't show it.

Finally one of them shows what I looked for:

It's just a lot of junk to sift through when it's returning results that don't contain what I looked for.

Please someone, explain, or this appears to be a bug.
