WebStorm is very slow when working with typescript

Hello.
I am using WebStorm on our small project.
I have a tsx file (typescript + react) 230 lines long.
When I edit a line, my processor utilisation spikes to 80% for 2-3 seconds.

I am using WebStorm 2020.1
Build #WS-201.6668.106, built on April 6, 2020
I have the same issue in Rider 2020.1
