scala 2.13.2 jars not found?

i cloned this git repo -> https://github.com/HamsterofDeath/thelab

imported the project into intellij. the "sbt to idea" feature worked as usual, but when i want to compile i get this:

the "AppData" folder does not exist. what do i need to do?
