Can't Patch from certain commits

Hi everyone !

I want to create a patch from a commit, but the action "Create Patch" isn't possible.

I don't know why this action isn't possible especially for this commit.

At first, I thought the reason was that it was a merge commit ; but I can do a patch from another merge commit ...

If someone know, I would be happy to know the reason(s).
