Unresolved Reference - internal apps - Pycharm 2020.1

I'm running a djnago development project and using Pycharm 2020.1

I tried to configure the project to have Django support, but for some reason, I'm getting Unresolved Reference.

The code works without issues, the errors showing in the IDE
