PHPStorm auto-save issue when autocomplete window pops up

Hello,

I am experiencing a strange problem with PHP Storm 2020.1.1

If I type something and autocomplete window pops up and then without choosing an option from the autocomplete list I switch to another window (browser for example) the file changes are not automatically saved.
