Tomcat not showing artifacts upon first app start

Hi guys !
My maven maven project run on Tomcat, does not show it's deployed artifacts, nor artifacts deploy statuses so to speak.
This bug is present I'd say minimum of 2 months that I recall.
Let me show you with images :
1. Right after application build and deploy, there are NO modules listed : 
2. They will show up with NO deploy statuses on this action : 
3. Listed but with NO statuses (gray circles ) :

The problem is not reproduced for my Maven project with multiple modules.

Does this affect only the
Servicestab or you cannot successfully deploy the application until you perform theUpdate classes and resourcesaction?Please attach a bit more details for the future investigation:

A project function absolutely normally, there are no deployment or any other problem.
It's a huge company project, unfortunately, I can not zip it and send :)
Got it, thanks. Probably you may attach a compressed log folder and output from the mentioned tabs? It is necessary to collect more information about your work environment and analyze log files for errors. Unfortunately, the problem is not reproducible for me.
