PyCharm frequently crashing

I've been running PyCharm for some time on Ubuntu 18.04, and it crashes about once a day.

I'm running

- Ubuntu 18.04
- installed default-jdk through APT, which installed openjdk-11
- PyCharm 2020.1 (community edition) Build #PC-201.6668.115 (runtime version 11.0.6+8b765.25 amd64)

Anyone know what might be causing?

Is this maybe not the right place to post this? Should I file a bug report?
