Disable help text when no editor tab is open

When no editor tab is open we see the help text with shortcuts such as "Search Everywhere" and "Project View". This is great for new users but unnecessary at a certain point, so I'm wondering if there is any way to disable it.

Sometimes I like to turn on distract-free mode and just use the terminal tool window and don't need any other distractions.
