Critical issue: CLion doesn't start, only visible in task bar

When I start CLion, it is only visible in the task bar. This is a critical issue as this is the IDE I use for my work, and I cannot start it.
No matter how long I wait, CLion is never visible. I can kill it through task manager or restart my machine, but it's never available.
I am using Windows, CLion 2020.1.2 through Toolbox.
