TypeScript TS1005: ',' expected IDE warning

Often times when I use a tagged template literal in a new file, I receive this TypeScript error from WebStorm. However, this is valid syntax and the TypeScript compiler will compile the file without any errors or warnings. In order to make this message disappear, I need to restart WebStorm which is annoying. I've tried playing around with the IDE settings, but can't seem to find a workaround here. Is this a bug in WebStorm or something wrong with my settings?

WebStorm Version: 2020.1.2

haven't faced such issues. Did you try restarting the tsserver by pressing the corresponding button in the Typescript toolwindow toolbar?

Please configure more verbose logging for the service: add #com.intellij.lang.javascript.service.JSLanguageServiceQueue:trace to Help | Diagnostic Tools | Debug Log Settings.... Then invalidate caches, restart IDE, reproduce the issue and attach the idea.log

Restarting the server seems to have solved it. I'll see if it comes up again and attach the log if it does. Thanks for the quick reply.
