I am Iranian student and I need PHPSTORM
hello everybody. as you know Iranian people use cracked version of services and this is usual but I'm trying to get legal service because i'm not a robber.
i was trying to get free license of PHPStorm but in country i didn't find my country. i want to ask to help me. i need an IDE to work with and make my projects. please help ... I searched to find an E-mail address to contact with Intellij team but i couldn't....

Can you please explain the policy behind this? I'm surprised that I wasn't notified about this restriction before signing up for my account or during my previous usage
of the products. Specifically, I'd like to know what triggered the blocking and why it wasn't mentioned in my agreement.
Before taking any further action, I'd appreciate a clear explanation for this policy. However, if necessary, I may consider seeking a refund and exploring other options
for resolving this issue.
