Code completion: make first variant of completion as "public", "private", "number" etc. be chosen by default, as properties of object etc.

Hi all. When I am typing something like "public", "private", "number" etc. I am getting "Code completion" popup, but the first variant there isn't chosen by default, I need to press down arrow to make it chosen:


but when I typed dot after any object, there is also "Code completion" popup, but first variant chosen by default: 

and I can just press enter to paste. Why for "public", "private", "number" it isn't work in same way? Thanks.
