Is it possible for Goland to automatically reorder the structures, functions and methods in the source files like IntelliJ IDEA's "code style > java > Arrangement"?
Or is there a plugin or go tool that does that?

nikai Hello, at the moment, there is no such feature or plugin in GoLand. We have a task GO-2270 to support the "Arrangement" formatting feature. I recommend you go to it and vote to stay informed.
