ctrl + click not working on webstorm

Does it work for other languages? Also, does the issue persist if you uninstall the Elixir plug-in?

Is working with javascript but not with Java.

I reinstalled the elixir plugin and reinitialzed the IDE 

When the function is declared inside the module it works but does not work for import, spec, alias - Appear the link with Ctrl + Click but when clicked there is no action or error message.

Some modules from core language is working, but not from external lib or defined inside the project

If it's about the elixir, I can only suggest submitting a ticket to the plugin author

If you find any other clue like some sort of log to try to figure out why webstorm stop working lmk please.

This is not the first time that some plugin found in ws mkt place crashes when i upgrade webstorm. A better quality control should be applied with all authorized vendors.
