Navigate to current file on the folders sidebar.

I am coming from visual studio where you can double click on the file opened in editor and that will mark the specific file as highlighted and I am able to navigate to the nearest file too.
Is there something like that possible in rubymine?

Hello,
you can check the 'Always Select Opened Files' option (under the gear icon in the Project view) and while working in a certain file use shortcut assigned to View | Tool Windows | Project, that will move focus to the Project view where the file you were working in is selected.
Hi,
While the 'Always Select Opened Files' does the trick, it also follows each file when you select it. For the one-time find a file there is a “Select opened file” with a target icon in the project view (see screenshot).
