CLion 2020.2 skip breakpoints

Hi,
When I'm debugging the debugger is not acting as expected.
When I'm pressing F8 to step over the next line, the debugger is stepping to line in another file.
The process built using maekfile project.

Is it still about the Bitcoin project? If yes, I'm afraid, it won't work till we fix https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/CPP-19549.

I though only the auto complete won't work.
