Enter opens project structure when cursor is on a module or source folder for gradle project. v2020.2.1

Hi I am using ubuntu 20.20 and the GNOME key bindings on intellij idea v 2020.2.1

In the project window I can use the Enter key to open folders and packages - but not when the cursor is on a module or folder marked as a source or module root, then hitting enter opens the project structure window instead.

Is this a bug?

According to my keybindings the <Enter> key should perform the Enter action, and opening project structure should be Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S

Any help is appreciated.
