It's right there, visible even on my previous screenshot.
If that is too confusing for you for some reason, you can always use dedicated action (that was there before, now just uses different dialog / popup menu style now): "Code | Configure Current File Analysis..."
Also if you are just missing the little guy watching you code, you can add him back to the status bar using this plugin:

Yes, Hector is replaced by the Inspection Widget at the top right corner.
Hover over to see applicable commands and settings (it also has a menu item to make it compact)
