Find box keeps being weirdly small upon open

This started happening recently... I open the Find box and it's shrunk to 1/3rd of the size I had it, without me changing PHPStorms window width or screen resolution. I'm on a 27" iMac from 2017 that runs great. I haven't changed anything recently. Latest macOS update was a few weeks ago. The latest PHPStorm update was last week or something.

Anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it? It's getting really annoying.

Yep, reproduced that in 2020.2.1, hasn't been the case in 2020.1.4. Doesn't seem like there's anything you can do to fix that, pushed it to our tracker: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-249988
