Command line operation git is very fast. Git integrated with webstorm is very slow. very slow

Looks like you are using Gerrit which is not supported.
Please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-60528 to have Gerrit supported. Note also that there is a plugin for Gerrit - https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7272. It might worth trying to use it.
