New Project is not working (linux)

Hi,

I have installed "intellij-idea-ultimate" on debian using the command 

sudo snap install intellij-idea-ultimate --classic --edge

but the "new project is not working for me.
i have went through solutions other people found useful, but none worked for me!

 

attached is my idea.log with ID "Upload id: 2020_09_02_szN9jqKqDD2jmc8M (file: idea.log)"

Update:
I just found out that disabling illuminatedCloud plugin makes "new project" work
but the problem that I need that plugin in the first place!

Does it help to install Illuminated Cloud 2:  https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/10253-illuminated-cloud-2 ?

Illuminated cloud 2 helped me temporarily (my license does not work on it... I'm using it for the 30 days free)

I will post the bug on Illuminated cloud
