deployment - wait for related changes to apply before uploading
I'm, trying to upload a file on save in PHP Storm, but I am getting some text at the bottom that flashes for a second. It says "wait for related changes to apply before uploading"
What changes? How am I supposed to know the reason why it can't upload the changes?

Do you have file watchers enabled in your project? If no, could you please share a screenshot of your Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Deployment | Options window?
