No kotlin or java class file

i am a amateur and have a question

there is no kotlin or java class and i am using intellij idea 2020.2.1,there is a solution for this?

Hello,

First you need to mark the directory with your future production code as a Sources Root (blue folder).

Just right-click the directory and mark it as follows:

Then you will be able to create Java/Kotlin classes in it.
