Vertical indent guides not working

You're using some custom theme. Please try disabling it or switching to a default Darcula & check again

Please change the theme at File | Settings | Editor | Color Scheme instead.

Ensure that Show UI Guides for build methods option is enabled in the Flutter plugin settings

In some cases this option is not working. There is a known issue https://github.com/flutter/flutter-intellij/issues/7848
