Running the program

Hi there I am using a Windows 7 ultimate OS and I have downloaded and installed PyCharm Community Edition2020.2.1 x64 but it keep giving me the "api-ms-win-crt-rintime-[1..." So I installed the api-ms-.... If I press okay on the systems error for api-ms-..., it show a statement talking about a 64-bit JDK so I also download the JDK and followed the instructions but the Program(PyCharm Community Edition2020.2.1) is still not running, giving me the same error please help

Windows 7 is no longer supported, please see the requirements here https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/quick-start-guide.html#which-language

As a workaround you could try older versions https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/other.html
