Title bar disappeared from all jetbrains product

As you can see in the above screenshot title bar is not present.
My current OS: Pop!_OS 20.04 LTS x86_64
Kernel version: 5.4.0-7642-generic
Gnome shell version: 3.36.4
This issue is valid for all jetbrains products including jetbrains toolbox.

Most likely it is a system-specific problem. Do you see the same problem in other applications?
