Setting NetSuite Default API Version

I have the SuiteCloud IDE Plug-in by NetSuite installed in my Webstorm (2020.2.1) and I was wondering if I could set the default NApiVersion when creating New SuiteScript files via the Webstorm UI. Currently, it defaults to 2.1 but it would be great if there was an option to choose other versions too.
