Will I be able to set up an IDEA in the same way as a WebStorm?

assuming no Kotlin support in WebStorm? won't I end up in the same situation that the idea doesn't have any support for front-end technologies? and I want to note that this is not very convenient, since on a new project you need to look at the backend on Kotlin, and for this, you need to either switch to the idea or take a second license.
