Project Structure werid icon

In Project Structure -> Libraries, I have this icon that looks like a wall plug, what does it do?
It is the icon next to "annotations-api". I copied this library from Tomcat 9.0.

This icon is usually used for indicating that an external SDK is connected. I suppose it happened because you selected several jar files in the Select Library Files dialog.
Do you experience any problems when working with the connected libraries?
If you need to connect annotation-api.jar only, try to remove the connected library and select jar file once again:
