IdeaVim - Scrolling Up or Down Jiggles the Entire Screen

My specifications:

• WebStorm 2020.2.3
  Build #WS-202.7660.23, built on September 30, 2020
  Runtime version: 11.0.8+10-b944.34 x86_64
  VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o.
  macOS 10.15.5
  GC: ParNew, ConcurrentMarkSweep
  Memory: 1979M
  Cores: 12
  Non-Bundled Plugins: com.dubreuia, IdeaVIM, com.tobszarny.activetabhighlighter.plugin.id, com.vermouthx.idea, ru.adelf.idea.dotenv, training

My issue:

Using the IdeaVim plugin, when I scroll up & down, the entire screen wiggles/jiggles a bit. I disabled and uninstalled the IdeaVim plugin and used the native scrolling and it was smooth! I re-installed IdeaVim and started to scroll again and the wiggling/jiggling is unbearable.

This issue occurs no matter how big/small or the file type.

Things I have done so far:

• Disabled IdeaVim
• Enabled IdeaVim
• Reinstalled IdeaVim
• Ensured Webstorm and all other extensions are up-to-date
