Problems connecting to FTP
From time to time there are problems with connecting to FTP. During the day, especially in the evening, it stops connecting. Mistake: "connection to FTP server on "p326820.ftp.ihc.ru" rejected.". Sometimes it helps to restart the program. But more often it doesn't work either.
Hosting support responds that the reason is to open the maximum number of available connections - 5 simultaneously. Although only one connection is running in PkhpStorm. In other programs for connecting to FTP, this problem does not arise.
Put a restriction in the connection settings (Deployment): concurrent connections limit. Anyway, it didn't solve the problem. Passive mode enabled. What could be the reason?

That's a bug on our end: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WI-55346. Though it affects SSH connections. If you're not using ssh/sftp to the same server - it's worth checking the problem in details. You can contact us directly via Help | Contact Support: we would need to adjust logging level & check the logs closely.
