Slow scroll, sticky

Hello,
I got a problem, when i scroll with the trackpad on my MBP 16' 2019, it's "sticky", "jumpy", my scroll isn't smooth.
Any idea?

Sounds like IDEA-228123.
Try setting the
idea.inertial.smooth.scrolling.enabledoption tofalsein the registry (Shift-Shift > type 'registry').
