Up Key Not working in Terminal
I updated my version of Pycharm last night to 2020.2.3 and my up key no longer returns the previous command, which really messes with my workflow. Is there a way to fix this?
I use a windows 10 operating system with the cmd.exe as the terminal.

Do you mean the Terminal history after the IDE restart? Please take a look at this request https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-198840.
If it is not the case please upload your logs folder zipped from ***Help | Collect logs and Diagnostic Data*** to the FTP
https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and please let me know the filename.
