Unknown pop-up from hover on array element
I'm not sure what this is, but it's obnoxious and I don't know why it pops up.
It's just from having my text character caret or the mouse pointer over the line or the beginning of the line... I can't tell exactly.
Where do I disable this or make it manually-activated or change how quickly it shows?

Hi there,
I believe that is parameter info popup (shorter version). Try disabling "Settings/Preferences | Editor | General | Code Completion | Show the parameter info popup"
