Disable click times balloon

When I click on any button in Pycharm-EAP, a balloon has been displayed that what times I click on that:

This is very nerve-wracking.

Can I disable this balloon?

I use Manjaro with i3vm.

Thanks to support team. Answer is:

Please go to File -> Settings -> Plugins and disable 'Key promoter' plugin. Let me know if it helps.
