Error: import failed is not a valid scheme. the are no color schemes in the chosen file

I downloaded a few themes from the jetbrains website and every time I try to import them I get the message: "Import failed" and it says there are "no color schemes in the chosen file". Does anyone know why this is happening?

Just installed it fine (despite the fact that the latest release has been created for 2019.1). May you show the screenshot of the error?
