Pycharm Django with Git and Heroku

Hi,

Is there a Hello, Django tutorial that I can follow to allow me to use both Git and Heroku from within Pycharm.  I can't seem to make it work and can't find a simple primer.

Factoring into account topics such as security, I would appreciate a guide that took into account good practices such as securing the secret keys.
