PyCharm does not start - issue with dotplugin Follow

I have been unable to start PyCharm for a couple of days. I've tried uninstalling and installing it again but it has not worked. I copy below the last lines of the exit when trying to start from terminal. The problem seems to be related to the dotplugin, which is also one of the last things I installed before having this problem.

Hello,

Please start the IDE with default settings by renaming config folder https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/directories-used-by-the-ide-to-store-settings-caches-plugins-and-logs.html or in safe mode as described here https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-240053#focus=Comments-27-4125008.0-0
