phpstorm xdebug not stopping at breakpoints

HI,

Currently upgraded to Storm 2020.3.1 

Running Xdebug 3.0.2

Xdebug is installed and recognised with php --version

Debug window opens when I run a configuration but does not stop on the breakpoint

Tried running stop on first line of PHP script - did not work. 

Any ideas??
