I have the unregistered Clion
I hope that change the language of the IDE from english to japanese.
How can I do it?

Hello!

Please see https://blog.jetbrains.com/idea/2020/05/intellij-idea-localization-eap1/. 

Basically you need to install Japanese package as described in the CLion documentation.
